Shipping

How long does delivery take?

We offer same-day shipping for orders placed within London and adjacent cities. For all other locations, delivery typically takes 2-5 business days depending on your area. We prioritize fast and secure shipping because we know how important it is for you to receive your products on time.

Do you ship to all places in the UK?

Yes, we offer nationwide shipping across the UK. Including Ireland, Scotland and some parts of Europe, eg France and Germany.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your order through the courier’s website.

Payments

Is my payment information secure?

Yes, your payment information is 100% secure. We use industry-standard encryption protocols to ensure that your personal and payment details are kept safe during the transaction process.

Do you accept PayPal?

At the moment, PayPal is not possible to process cannabis payments. However, we offer other secure payment methods for your convenience. Please see the options during the checkout process

Can I use multiple payment methods for one order?

Unfortunately, we currently do not accept multiple payment methods for a single order. You can choose one payment method to complete your purchase.

What is the minimum order?

We have a fixed £200 minimum order before we can process any orders. All orders placed must meet this requirement. We won’t issue any refunds if the order did not meet these requirements.

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, we only accept payments via Skrill and Bitcoin. We use Skrill Wallet as our payment gateway, which is quick to set up and functions similarly to PayPal. It’s the most reliable option in the UK for processing THC-related payments, as Visa and Mastercard are not supportive of such transactions.

Returns

Can I get a refund for a damaged order?

Yes, we only accept returns for damaged orders. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with pictures of the damaged item. We’ll issue a replacement or a full refund if applicable.

Can I return my order if I change my mind?

Due to the nature of our products (edibles), we do not accept returns if you simply change your mind. However, if your product is damaged or faulty, we will assist you with a replacement or refund as per our policy.

Are there items that cannot be returned?

Yes, due to the nature of the products (edibles), we cannot accept returns for items unless they are damaged or faulty upon arrival. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us promptly if there are any issues.
