- Step 2: Provide clear photos of the damaged items and packaging, including any visible damages to the products or boxes.

2. Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and safety regulations, and the nature of our products being consumable edibles, we do not accept returns for any items, unless they are damaged during transit. 3. Refund Process
If your claim for a damaged order is approved, we will process the refund or send out a replacement within 5-7 business days after verification of the damage. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Once an order is placed and processed, it is typically sent out for delivery within a short time. As such, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been shipped.
